Comments:
I work with people who have mild to severe symptoms across diagnostic categories, as well as with those seeking help with potentially stressful life situations, such as loss, transitions, physical changes, and women's health concerns. In addition to insight orientated therapy, I offer mindfulness-based cognitive therapy courses that help prevent recurrent episodes of depression.
