I help people to get emotionally reconnected with life in general and with each other, whether they are parents and adolescents, adult partners, or individuals experiencing the isolation that can come with problems and discouragement. I use a variety of cognitive, cognitive-behavioral, and narrative approaches to help a person find and build on his or her strengths.
